BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA

We do not ship orders to the Canary Islands and at the moment we do not ship internationally either.

 

Shipping Methods

 

At Por Soleá, we prepare orders on the go and ship them by courier, which takes 4-6 days to arrive at their destination in mainland Spain (in some specific locations or islands, it may take a bit longer). We do not prepare orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Neither on holidays.

If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.

Por Soleá does not profit from the shipping of its products, so we commit to passing on any discounts obtained from the courier to our customers.

If for any reason you have placed an order and want to inform us of anything, send us an email.

This website presents prices with VAT already included.

The shipping price includes one delivery attempt by the courier; if you are not at home at the time of delivery, they will leave it at a collection point.

If you want to receive Por Soleá products at multiple different addresses, you will have to go through as many purchasing processes as addresses, and you cannot choose more than one destination in a single purchase process.

 

 

Delivery Guarantee

In the event that the order is returned to us because it was not possible to deliver it to the address you provided within the deadlines stipulated by the courier company, the order will be resent after receiving payment for the shipping costs again.

If for exceptional reasons we are forced to reject the processing of any order, we reserve the right to do so at our sole discretion.

NOTE: Shipments to postal boxes are not made.

IMPORTANT: Por Soleá is not responsible for second shipments resulting from incorrect or erroneous shipping addresses. We ask that you always review the shipping details to avoid these incidents, as well as the phone (preferably mobile, for receiving SMS) and email details.
